Retail Channel Training Manager

A Retail Channel Training Manager / Partner Training Manager / B2B Training Manager is needed by one of the fastest growing disruptive pharma consumer tech start-up’s to ever come out of Silicon Valley. They have extremely ambitious growth plans and are looking for a Retail Channel Training Manager / Partner Training Manager / B2B Training Manager to shape, own and deliver the retail training roadmap and also lead a customer verification and compliance program. The program involves managing a third party retail quality assessment partner and putting training in place training when quality standards are not met.

The Retail Channel Training Manager / Partner Training Manager / B2B Training Manager will:

-Plan and deliver retail partner training via online sessions, at retail stores and at regional events

-Own the Customer verification program, striving for 100% compliance through service testing and retail partner training

-Work with third party retail service quality partner, understanding quality issues and taking remedial action when needed

-Update stakeholders and the exec team on roadmap and performance of the partner training and customer verification program

Candidates for the Retail Channel Training Manager / Partner Training Manager / B2B Training Manager role must have

-Strong experience delivering training to a customer group across any sector/customer group, eg pharma, software, technology, accreditations, customer service, etc

-Experience creating training collateral to support training

-Experience in a pharma environment or with medical/pharma products is desirable but not essential

-First class communication skills, both when delivering training and in when engaging with internal and external stakeholders

-Experience leading quality programs is desirable/not essential
