Working for an award-winning eCommerce start-up, a Head of Growth / Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Acquisition is needed for a brand which is about to explode into its next stage of growth. This is a superb opportunity to work within a fast-paced business which is expanding rapidly across the UK and internationally.

They are now looking for a Head of Growth / Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Acquisition who has a hands-on, analytical and creative approach to Growth Marketing. You’ll also have the autonomy to build and lead the Performance Marketing team. The successful candidate will understand the tools needed to drive growth within a start-up company, constantly testing and learning to improve performance of campaigns.

The Head of Growth / Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Acquisition will:

* Create the Digital Marketing Strategy to help define companies growth plans

* Be responsible across main areas which include: All biddable media (Paid search, Paid Social, Programmatic etc), Outreach (Influencers etc), CRO & CRM

* Creatively innovate strategies and roadmaps that drives growth

* Work with various internal teams to execute key digital campaigns

* Build and lead a team of 5+ performance marketing managers

* Engage with high-level strategic thinking as well as hands-on implementation

* Track, develop, understand and increase strategy with key metrics being: Ad spend, conversion rate, revenue, cost-per-add-to-basket

The Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Performance / Head of Acquisition must have:

* A data centric, analytical and creative approach

* Experience managing medium/large budgets (£250k+ per month)

* Excellent marketing campaign management skills – from ideas to delivery

* Management/Leadership experience

* A customer centric approach

* Worked for an early stage business and helped scale

* Be a strong influencer and hold the skills to management stakeholders effectively

* Be comfortable working in a fast changing environment
