Growth Marketing Director / Head of Growth Marketing / Director of Growth Marketing needed by a leading high growth consumer eCommerce and subscription services brand, ranked as one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies. They’ve launched in several global territories and are now scaling rapidly, acquiring consumers across all digital channels and projecting their brand using ATL campaigns.
Reporting directly into the UK and ROW Managing Director, the Growth Marketing Director / Head of Growth Marketing / Director of Growth Marketing will lead a team of 6 incorporating acquisition, retention and ATL brand marketing to drive global consumer growth, engagement and LTV. They’ve recently bought digital acquisition inhouse and work with agencies for ATL campaigns.
The Growth Marketing Director / Head of Growth Marketing / Director of Growth Marketing will:
*Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns with a multi-million-pound budget
*Focus on the acquisition and retention of new customers and subscribers to a newly launched premium service
*Track the reach and impact of different campaigns, measuring effectiveness and continually optimising to drive ROI
*Work closely with the US team to conceive and coordinate campaigns
The Growth Marketing Director / Head of Growth Marketing / Director of Growth Marketing must have:
*A strong consumer marketing background, across digital acquisition channels, CRM and lifecycle marketing and ATL marketing (TV, Radio, outdoor, etc, campaigns).
*Candidates may come from any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, retail, media, content, entertainment, travel, holidays, hotels, airlines, insurance, fintech, edtech, etc.
*Experience producing marketing campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously
*Proven competency in working ‘hands-on’ and involved in granular detail, as well as setting the overall strategy.
*A data-driven mindset
*Strong stakeholder management experience, influencing skills and ability to articulate business cases at all levels.
*Experience across both transactional consumer environments and subscription models is desirable but not essential.
If the Growth Marketing Director / Head of Growth Marketing / Director of Growth Marketing has experience working internationally, particularly in the US, it would be advantageous but by no means a prerequisite.
