Global Head of Customer Success / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager needed by on the fastest growing UK-based B2B SaaS businesses, which last year grew by over 500%. They already have a portfolio of clients across over 20 markets and are currently going through the next phase of global expansion. You’ll work very closely with the CEO on the strategic CS vision and influence the overall business decisions, whilst leading and growing the team by more than double. This journey will begin virtually from the day you join.
Global Head of Customer Success / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager will:
*Identifying and reporting key metrics to the CEO e.g. retention, account growth, NPS etc
*Advising clients on their launch strategy
*Working closely with larger/enterprise clients to
*Speaking with larger merchants on a quarterly basis to provide loyalty recommendations
*Running educational webinars for clients as a subject matter expert
*Looking for opportunities to insert the team into industry-wide discussions
*Hiring, training and managing Success team members
*You’ll analyse customer data sets to generate insights and performance reports. You will use this information to provide recommendations to clients on how they could better utilise the platform to increase revenues.
*You will work productively with internal teams, continuously providing input to product / engineering / project / support teams on how clients are using the platform, and how we can improve it.
Global Head of Customer Success / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager must have:
*Good experience within SaaS Customer Success from any tech industry, such as; SaaS, B2B, Martech, Fintech, HRtech, Retailtech, eCommerce, HR, CRM, Marketing, etc
*You can communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
*Negotiating skills – you will have had experience negotiating upsells and renewals with enterprise clients
*You know how to make clients happy and go out of your way to achieve this.
*You are comfortable working with, manipulating and interpreting data sets, and have experience working with tools such as Excel.
*Organised and able to work under pressure – you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
*Clear understanding of the core saas metrics – retention, engagement, conversion
*Proactive learner – you have an interest in technology and are willing to do what it takes to become an expert in email marketing.
