CRM Manager / Retention Manager / CRM Lead needed by a high growth VC-backed eCommerce start-up. They are building their marketing team for the first time, to lead all efforts across acquisition and retention, taking the business through the next phase of growth.
CRM Manager / Retention Manager / CRM Lead will be given a complete blank canvas, tasked with building out the CRM strategy, with a focus across all channels including; email, SMS, app, Push notifications etc.
CRM Manager / Retention Manager / CRM Lead will:
*Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategy with a focus on app and email
*Create, test & adjust meaningful KPIs for all channels and across platforms
*Develop and optimise content concepts and guidelines for all channels and customer segments
*Together with the Dev Team, create required landing pages
*Fully manage all campaigns end-to-end based on your segments and content strategy, from initial planning to broadcasting to reporting
CRM Manager / Retention Manager / CRM Lead must have:
*Strong CRM experience from any industry or sector, such as; eCommerce, Retail, FMCG, Retail, Tech, Startups, Travel, Media, Fintech, Gambling, Gaming, Insurance etc.
*Excellent analytical skills
*Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
*In-depth experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer or comparable tools
*In-depth experience with MailChimp, Mandrill, Firebase, Braze or comparable tools
