Senior Product Manager / Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior B2B Product Manager
Location: Hybrid / London & Edinburgh offices
Salary: £70-80k
Our client is a rapidly scaling SaaS platform that helps online organisations build trust with new and existing customers, increase new and repeat business and better understand consumer preferences.
An integral part of their offering is generating direct feedback from customers that is openly accessible to other users, thereby building trust. The Senior Product Manager / Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior B2B Product Manager will own this integral part of the platform and develop new, simple and innovative ways for customers to leave product feedback and reviews
Senior Product Manager / Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior B2B Product Manager will:
* Take full ownership of the reviews and feedback part of the product suite
* Create and implement a product vision and strategy
* Identify the user needs through the collection of data
* Lead and motive a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and research
* Work with customers and stakeholders to build business cases
Senior Product Manager / Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior B2B Product Manager must have:
* Experience working with B2B SaaS products
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* A good commercial understanding
* A data driven, customer centric approach to solving problems
* Ideally experience of a similar type of product i.e. collection of customer feedback or reviews
