A Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager / Senior Product Manager is needed by a high growth PropTech & FinTech start-up.

After just receiving funding, they are now looking to scale their product team even further and bring on-board a Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager / Senior Product Manager reporting directly to the Head of Product.

You will be leading the development of the customer journey; you’ll be responsible for all key customer touchpoints and managing their overall onboarding experience.

You will also work on other parts of the overall product portfolio, contributing to business strategy, and help grow the company’s Product Management practice and processes. As we grow our team in future you will also have line management opportunities.

The Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will;

*Have full autonomy of their customer facing product
*Lead the development of the customer tools and functionality
*Specify and prioritise product tasks
*Liaise with developers in the specification process to see them through to go-live
*Identify opportunities to achieve the key OKRs with new ideas
*Define and deliver against a quarterly roadmap for the squad
*Have the opportunity to line manage Junior PM’s in the future
*Define wireframes to help communicate your product vision

The Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager / Senior Product Manager must have;

*A B2C or B2B2C product management background
*Full product lifecycle experience
*Experience increasing customer conversion rates
*A strong interest in user research/user testing
*Knowledge of Jira, Slack, Sketch or similar (essential)
*Start-up or scale-up experience is a definite plus, used to working in a fast-paced environment
*PropTech experience is a real bonus
*Great stakeholder communication skills
