We’re partnering with an online marketplace looking to hire a Product Lead / Senior Product Manager to build the vision and roadmap for a new digital proposition. This is an opportunity to drive the next phase of growth and innovation for an already hugely successful Tech disruptor, with an established customer base and leading brand presence.

The role would represent a strong next step for a digital Product Manager who has developed automated customer experiences, developed customer tools or integrated partners onto a platform.

You’ll bring experience of designing and building product end to end, from ideation through to testing and launch and have a data lead approach to your work.

The role will give you the opportunity to join an established team with impressive leadership giving you true ownership of a new Product Vision.
You’re remit within the role of Senior Product Manager will include:
*Shape and deliver the Product strategy which underpins the new customer proposition, set the product vision and objectives for the team driving the delivery of the roadmap
*Develop a deep understanding of consumers and customers and ensure the actions you take are driven by desired outcomes, balanced with business benefit
*Define objectives and KPI’s for the team’s product and initiatives
*Take ownership for the performance of the product and functionality
*Support long term technology drivers in product prioritisation
*Work with a cross functional squad including business stakeholders, product designers, engineers, and technical architects

We’re looking for the Senior Product Manager to bring much of the following capability:
*Proven experience building online customer journeys, simplified through automation
*Managed the development of product end to end from Discovery to testing and through to build
*Demonstrates a resourceful approach to investigating new ideas and opportunity
*Able to apply a varied approach to experimenting, drawing information to create next step product plans
*Works with metrics, revenue and costs and can work to anticipate impact on key metrics
