Senior CRM executive needed by high growth, revolutionary e-commerce business. They have successfully disrupted their industry and are currently scaling aggressively across multiple markets including, EMEA, UK, USA and others.
The Senior CRM executive will support on the delivery of the CRM strategy across email and push marketing, working with /delegating to CRM Assistants to execute the plan and optimising continually with test-and-learn activity. You’ll collaborate with Product managers, developers and Creative to evolve the CRM communications, and with Analytics and Data Science to ensure a customer-centric approach.
Senior CRM executive will:
*Drive day-to-day execution of the CRM plan, ensuring email and push communications are delivered in a timely and effective manner, delegating to CRM Assistants accordingly
*Lead on calendar planning, ensuring CRM communications are matched with trading targets and optimised across Supply & Demand inputs
*Launch new automated personalised CRM campaigns, working with BI, Data Science and Product on data requirements
*Plan and execute activity for optimising on-site data capture to build CRM audiences
Senior CRM executive must have:
*Strong CRM experience from any industry such as Marketplaces, eCommerce, B2C, FMCG, Travel, Media, Fashion, Gaming, Gambling, Consumer Goods etc.
*Experience of planning, building and executing complex testing programs (a/b, multivariate etc.)
*A passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills including:
oAbility to analyse and communicate insights regarding key digital marketing metrics
oAbility to build performance reports
