We are looking for a Market Research / Senior Brand Research & Insight Analyst professional with a strong, analytical approach to drawing out insights to uncover and inform customer understanding, branding & marketing and business growth decision.
The role would suit a Senior Brand Insight Analyst / Market Research Manager / Research Analyst / Data Analytics Manager with a market research agency side background, looking to make the move into a high-energy in-house environment. Our client is one of the most successful online businesses in the global eCommerce sphere.
As their Senior Brand Insight Analyst, joining this growing European insight team, you’ll bring your experience and passion for brand research data analysis and insights, working with the senior stakeholders across the business, supporting key business decisions which will drive short- and long-term brand and customer goals.
Within the role of Senior Brand Insight Analyst / Market Research Manager / Research Analyst / Data Analytics Manager you will have responsibility for:
*Translating data and information into meaningful findings and insights which you will communicate back to your stakeholders in a meaningful and actionable way
*Draw together and manage multiple research studies and data sources and work with the data science team to manipulate the data, creating a meaningful picture of customer and market activity
*Lead and be involved in a variety of business projects spanning multiple business areas from brand, channel, markets and communications
*Employ a range of research and data analysis techniques to uncover and derive meaningful insights
What is required to be successful within the role of Senior Insight Analyst / Market Research Manager / Research Analyst / Data Analytics Manager:
*A background in brand market research and insights whether client or agency side
*Experience in developing and designing market research projects (qual and quant) which have resulted in uncovering actionable results
*A level of data analysis, you will work alongside the data science team but a level of SQL or SPSS will be useful
*The ability to work with and combine multiple data sources to derive valuable customer insights
