A Product Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager is needed by our client, an innovative SaaS start-up that will disrupt the way business leaders build stronger and better teams.
As the product gears for launch, the role requires a self-starter who is excited about defining a Product Market Strategy and is backed by a smart leadership team who have ambitious growth plans and sound investment.
The Product Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
*Delivering best in class Go-To-Market strategies consistent with business and market needs.
*Building a powerful voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle; using it to drive actionable insights to improve product strategy and experience
*Developing product positioning and messaging for key products and features, including product market fit, value proposition, target audience and competitive landscape.
*Understanding and maintaining a detailed level of knowledge of the market & the users
The Product Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager must have:
*At least 3 + years in product marketing ideally in a start-up environment
*Proven experience growing a B2B SaaS product, if you have worked with C-Suite customers even better
*The ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging messages.
*Demonstrable track record creating value propositions and go to market strategies.
*Strong analytical skills, accustomed to using data and insights to make decisions and back up your arguments
