Online Community Manager/ Social Media Manager/ Social Community Manager needed by an ecommerce focused tech start-up company rapidly approaching their next funding round.
You will be responsible for building up an engaged customer base and generating awareness of the brand for this fast-expanding business that is already being used by thousands of customers and intend on moving into a market leading position.
The Online Community Manager/ Social Media Manager/ Social Community Manager will:
*Develop, plan and execute the company’s social media strategy across all channels.
*Act as the online face of the brand.
*Produce engaging content to attract, convert and retain customers and community.
*Engage with the community to help the brand gain an in-depth understanding of who they are and how you can deliver what the customer wants.
*Monitor forums and lead community engagement in the UK.
*Identify and measure key KPIs and metrics to continuously improve performance
The Online Community Manager/ Social Media Manager/ Social Community Manager must have:
*A strong understanding of the social media landscape & tools
*Exceptional communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
*A customer first mentality; you’re first and foremost interested in people and understanding what makes them tick
*The ability to manage multiple social media accounts across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and beyond and experience of engaging and growing communities
*A high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and stay organised
