Head of Growth Marketing
Head of Growth Marketing / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager needed by an ecommerce focused tech start-up company rapidly approaching their next funding round.
The primary objective of the Head of Growth Marketing / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager will be to plan, create and execute a successful growth strategy through launch and then settle into post launch and BAU. This will involve being very hands on and having a huge impact on the product that reaches the rapidly growing customer base.
As the first official hire within this area of the company there promises to be plenty of room to be creative within tailoring and building the strategy you wish to implement to achieve the overall business objectives.
The Head of Growth Marketing / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager will:
*Work alongside the Product Lead and Head of Marketing to embed the customer insight into the whole company.
*Craft all product messaging, collateral and content, positioning against competition.
*Create and monitor adequate traffic monitoring systems across relevant streams to collect and analyse data of user engagement and activity.
*Creating and Developing the company tone of voice by coordinating engaging content that reinforces the company mission.
*Explore and test mediums to market the product effectively and increase conversion within the funnel.
*Keep a close eye on what the market looks like and what channels would optimise consumer acquisition.
*Be data obsesses, constantly measuring ROI and effectiveness of all marketing, across all channels, constantly testing strategies and driving optimisation.
The Head of Growth Marketing / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager must have:
*Proven B2C experience from any consumer sector, such as retail, eCommerce, fintech, edtech, proptech, gaming, gambling, travel, media, etc.
*2+ years marketing experience ideally within a fast-moving start-up environment.
*Experience across all digital and ideally offline channels, including outdoor advertising, partnerships, etc.
*An enthusiastic and confident attitude to allow you to build relationships effectively.
*Strong comfort with customer and campaign data.
