Head of Growth Marketing / Growth Hacker / Acquisition Marketing Manager needed by an exciting SportsTech start-up backed by leading figures across the hedge fund industry.
This will involve setting acquisition strategy but also hands on execution of all campaigns, using agencies where there’s a business case to do so. There will be strategic support/mentoring from a global consumer tech marketing leader who’s scaled a unicorn over ten years and exited, who’s on the advisory board.
The primary objective of the Head of Growth Marketing / Growth Hacker / Acquisition Marketing Manager will be to plan, create and execute a successful growth campaign leading up to the public launch date and subsequently drive the continued growth and scale of our user base over the season.
As the first official hire within this area of the company there promises to be plenty of room to be creative within tailoring and building the strategy you wish to implement to achieve the overall business objectives.
The Head of Growth Marketing / Growth Hacker / Acquisition Marketing Manager will:
*Establish official pages across social media verticals (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin & YouTube).
*Create & implement social media engagement strategies across platforms.
*Create and promote unique content with free reign to produce videos, podcasts, written content, etc.
*Create and monitor adequate traffic monitoring systems across relevant streams to collect and analyse data of user engagement and activity.
*Explore and test paid-social options across platforms.
*Explore and liaise with potential influencers/content producers for avenues of partnerships/sponsorships/endorsements.
*Assist the CEO in formulating user acquisition roadmaps and budget forecasting for future marketing spending plans.
*Attend and participate in high level investor meetings with both current investors and potential new investors (individual and VC).
*Work directly with founding team and developers to iterate on user feedback and shape product development roadmaps.
The Head of Growth Marketing / Growth Hacker / Acquisition Marketing Manager must have:
*Proven B2C experience from any consumer sector, such as retail, eCommerce, fintech, edtech, proptech, gaming, gambling, travel, media, etc.
*2+ years marketing experience ideally within a fat-moving start-up environment.
*An enthusiastic and confident attitude to allow you to build relationships effectively.
*A passion for sport- particularly football.
