As the CRM Manager / CRM Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest growing start-up’s which has already cracked the global market.
With ambitious growth plans ahead, they are looking for a rising star who will work very closely with the Head of CRM to deliver CRM campaign delivery, whilst also executing end to end project delivery. As the CRM Manager / CRM Executive, you’ll join a talented, dynamic and fast-paced environment and serve as a key link between the Commercial, Sales & Marketing team.
The CRM Manager / CRM Executive will:
*Support the delivery on the global CRM strategy
*Focus on end to end project delivery and campaign management
*Own and deliver CRM campaigns from concept to execution
*Gain understanding of customer needs through insight, segmentation & data analysis
*Drive data analysis and apply Test & Learn principles to CRM
*Work with cross-functional teams to help manage campaigns through from start to finish
*Provide regular feedback to understand campaign performance
The CRM Manager / CRM Executive will have:
* 1-2 years experience with CRM and implementation of CRM strategies and campaigns
* Experience driving customer insights from data and analytics
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* A sense of ownership and pride in your performance
* Experience with data & segmentation (a nice to have)
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship building skills
* Highly analytical and data driven with a passion to share actionable insights
