A CRM Manager / eCRM Manager is required for a high growth, b2b ecommerce startup now in its third stage of funding and the go to destination in its sector.
The CRM Manager / eCRM Manager will be responsible for managing the strategy and planning of multiple CRM campaigns.
The CRM Manager / eCRM Manager will:
*Own the execution of all email marketing strategies
*Manage the set-up, scheduling, A/B testing for all email campaigns
*Manage subscriber data, segmentation and import
*Build the user journey and ensure continual improvement of metrics via post campaign reporting and analysis
The CRM Manager / eCRM Manager must have:
*At least 2 years’ experience in CRM marketing within a b2b environment
*Very strong analytical skills using data to drive campaigns
*Exceptional copy writing skills with an eye for story telling
*Experience with an email automation programme such as Pardot
It would be preferable for the CRM Manager / eCRM Manager to have had experience within a high growthenvironment.
