CRM Manager / Retention Marketing Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager needed by high growth, revolutionary e-commerce business. They have successfully disrupted their industry and are currently scaling aggressively across multiple markets including, EMEA, UK, USA and others.

The CRM Manager / Retention Marketing Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be given the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the overall CRM strategy, taking ownership of multiple strategy initiatives and balancing with execution. You’ll be expected to hire a team of 2 shortly after joining.

CRM Manager / Retention Marketing Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager will:
*Strategy – Dig into customer insights to better understand our customer’s needs, and how we can address them with targeted communications
*Oversee execution of CRM strategy, managing a team to deliver retention communications across email, push and SMS
*Launch new automated personalised CRM campaigns, working with BI, Data Science and Product on data requirements
*Measure performance of CRM channels, build and analyse relevant reports, oversee test/ control design and execution and provide actionable recommendations and next steps from the results
*Have a test and learn approach to new digital marketing initiatives and support the roll out of test learnings across the global campaigns (A/B and MVT Testing)

CRM Manager / Retention Marketing Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager must have:
*Strong CRM experience from any industry such as Marketplaces, eCommerce, B2C, FMCG, Travel, Media, Fashion, Gaming, Gambling, Consumer Goods etc.
*Experience of planning, building and executing complex testing programs (a/b, multivariate etc.)
*Management experience – proven experience managing direct reports
*A passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills including:
oAbility to analyse and communicate insights regarding all key digital marketing metrics
oAbility to build performance reports
oAbility to build business cases and perform thorough sense checks on numbers
*Able to appropriately combine attention to detail with longer term big picture/strategic thinking
