Chief Product Officer / VP Product / Product Director needed by a Series-B funded B2B SaaS startup with over $20m in funding. They are currently going through the next phase of their global expansion with a large focus on the US market. In this role the Chief Product Officer / VP Product / Product Director will be expected to formulate and execute on an ambitious product strategy which will ultimately achieve 10x growth, making it a multi-billion $ business.
You’ll inherit a small team but will be expected to grow this, in-line with your strategy.
Chief Product Officer / VP Product / Product Director will:
-Coaching, mentoring and growing a team of product manager and designers
-Collaborating with the founding team and senior management team to refine and reinforce the product vision, internally and externally.
-Becoming an expert in the industry and our target market to define our competitive product strategy.
-Implementing product process, frameworks and principles that enable the product team to support the hyper scaling of the engineering team and the client base.
Chief Product Officer / VP Product / Product Director must have:
-Extensive experience in shaping strategy and executing through multiple phases of business growth in a B2B SaaS business.
-Worked on data rich products, with a focus on analytics and leveraging data to drive global business growth
-Experience with taking a business on a real scaling journey
-No problem rolling your sleeves up to execute, fast!
-Built high performing teams in the past
