We’re partnering with an International online consumer marketplace business based in Brighton and looking to hire an innovative SEO Manager / Search Engine Optimisation Lead. The role will give you the opportunity to take their traffic, and coverage gained from Search Engines, to the next level building a best practice approach to organic search and optimisation.

The role of SEO Manager / Search Engine Optimisation Lead will require hands on knowledge of the SEO and Search landscape and you may have worked agency or client side. Joining this scale-up marketplace will give you an opportunity to work with a strong and growing cross functional team including content, PR, digital marketing and Product.

You’ll have responsibility for the following within the role of SEO Manager / Search Engine Optimisation Lead:
*Lead the SEO strategy and deliver insights, analysis and outreach campaigns to help the understanding and improvement of the entire content offering
*Track, report and analyse SEO campaign performance data
*Lead all aspects of technical search engine optimisation and help drive the growth of the member base, expanding reach and user engagement
*Work closely with the Product & Engineering team to continually develop the SEO presence, ensuring requirements are delivered in line with SEO best practice, maximising traffic growth

We’re looking for an individual to bring the following to the role of SEO Manager / Search Engine Optimisation Lead:
*A wealth of experience in creating and optimising content for SEO
*An absolute proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools
*High level reporting acumen and knowledge of reporting and analysis packages such as Google Analytics or Amplitude
*Proven experience of link building best practices, and effective reputation strategies
*Capability of running comprehensive site audits that can be translated into actionable (JIRA) tickets for the Engineering team
*The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritising based on growth potential
