We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager / Senior PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager / Digital Marketing Manager, for a progressive digital growth business, on the South Coast near Brighton who are offering just this.
As Performance Marketing Manager / Senior PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager / Digital Marketing Manager you will:
*Plan and execute all paid media activity across multiple markets, taking responsibility for all management tasks, including ad copy testing, bid optimisation, reporting and analysis of performance metrics.
*Provide guidance for content marketers on how to capitalise on the search demand for pet and travel related queries and regularly provide direction on new content requirements.
*Measure and report on the performance of paid media channels, and assess against channel targets and business objectives (revenue, ROI and other KPIs).
*Identify trends and insights, and optimise overall spend and performance based on those insights.
*To provide solid and thought out recommendations that are backed up with data to our product teams to deliver optimisation breakthroughs in our funnels for new customer acquisition.
You’ll be bringing Digital Marketing inhouse and building the capability to drive customer acquisition – this is an excellent opportunity to take the reins and as such the role of Performance Marketing Manager / Senior PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager / Digital Marketing Manager will require:
*At least three years’ experience at a hands-on level running PPC and Facebook accounts, either in an agency environment or client-side.
*Demonstrable experience of managing complex, multi-region accounts. Knowledge and experience of dual-sided marketplace businesses is preferable.
*Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
*Deep knowledge of ad serving and PPC management tools (e.g., Doubleclick, Marin, DART, Atlas).
*Deep knowledge of Facebook attribution models.
*Deep knowledge of building Facebook retargeting audiences, lookalike audiences and building paid social journeys through retargeting.
*Previous experience of running lead generation campaigns through Facebook and Instagram.
