A Product Director / Head of Product / Product Lead is needed by a market leading B2B Analytics business as they approach a period of precedented high growth.

The Product Director / Head of Product / Product Lead will join an established and growing leadership team as senior member of the team reporting to the VP Product, you’ll oversee sprints, releases and own the roadmaps, dev teams and work with Marketing and our client base to bring their ambitious product goals to life. This is an opportunity to be part of a business story as it continues to grow internationally and own the product function.

The Product Director / Head of Product / Product Lead will be responsible for:

*Delivering new propositions for the core business platform that will make the lives of those inside and outside client businesses much better

*Proposition strategy, product strategy and product ownership

*Improving the performance of the digital product set through amazing functionality

*Creating high quality user stories and acceptance criteria

*Develop your product to improve agreed KPIs through constant iterations and AB tests

*Working in an agile environment with iterative feedback loops to the development process

The Product Director / Head of Product / Product Lead will have:

*Experience in a B2B Analytics Environment, ideally for a business operations application

*Substantial experience in the product development life cycle within the product software arena and associated financial awareness/mentally.

*A passion for customer service and problem solving.

*Multitasking, analysis and Project Management Skills under high resilient mentality, highly reliable and uncompromising tenacity to get things done.

*Results driven go the extra mile whilst works with and through others, decision maker with strong self-discipline and self-reflective/improvement.

*Independent/ collaborative /business plan thinker thinks top down with team player mindset bottom up
