The Marketing Manager/ Demand Generation Manager/ B2B Marketing Manager will be a lead member of the commercial marketing team and report directly to the Marketing and Communications Director. You will play a key role in in the commercial organisation and be responsible for the management of brand, product propositions and will be responsible for delivering the commercial marketing campaigns
As a Marketing Manager/ Demand Generation Manager/ B2B Marketing Manager for this mobile app business, experience with an app first business would be great but not essential.
The Marketing Manager/ Demand Generation Manager/ B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
*Creating and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns, partnering with the wider commercial team to produce campaign collateral, content, case studies, and generate leads.
*Owning the commercial marketing plan and manage a campaign calendar that maps activity with business targets and strategic milestones
*Manage production of commercial content and distribution through web, social and CRM campaigns.
*Developing the social media engagement strategy across key networks and cultivate a network of advocates and influencers within the space.
*Management of the B2B marketing budget
The Marketing Manager/ Demand Generation Manager/ B2B Marketing Manager must have:
*5+ years B2B marketing experience
*A self motivated, confident attitude with proven experience in a B2B start-up environment
*Excellent organisation and project management skills
*An eye for a story and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging messages.
*Experience in developing marketing strategy, marketing plans and execution within similar roles
*Relevant health-tech or healthcare industry experience would be a bonus though not essential
*Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re a great writer who’s comfortable creating client-ready material across multiple formats.
*A data driven attitude and take a test-learn-optimise approach to improving and reporting on performance.
