The Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Lead
will:
*Lead to the ideation and the launch of product features to build the next generation of the products
*Engage with customers to deeply understand how the product is helping large organizations to improve digital employee experience
*Shape the product vision and work closely with UX designers
*Define user stories, epics and bugs to ensure your team is creating maximum value in alignment with our product strategy
*Document new features, train key partners, sales engineers and consultants about new releases, support product marketing during the launch of products.
*Lead on competitor analysis ensuring innovation and continuous improvement
Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Lead
must have:
*Extensive experience within a B2B Cloud SaaS or digital software Product management role
*Experience delivering a product from concept to launch
*Experience working on large scale products used by millions of customers
*Strong communication skills – you are able translate requirements into clear user stories and communicate them articulately to engineering and design teams. You are also able to communicate product information to other departments
*Experience working closely with engineering teams
