Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product

Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product needed by a well-funded high growth AI & ML B2B SaaS tech company. You’ll be working directly with the VP Product on the overall product strategy and vision, whilst owning the upcoming product roadmap. This role requires you to be very commercially focused, identifying customer problems & delivering customer value. There are 3 main products in the portfolio that operate using AI & ML to deliver key insights for their established customer base.

You’ll be collaborating with numerous stakeholders to research and define product priorities, define requirements for new/existing features and functionality as well as provide expert guidance to the engineering team.

Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product will:

*Own the roadmap for one of their product tribes, working in a team of 7-8 engineers
*Lead the force in ensuring that all of the right steps are being followed from conceptualisation through to launch and use
*Help shape their flagship data platform to meet both the current client needs and their longer term scalability initiatives
*Collaborate with numerous stakeholders (users, sales, customer success, professional services and the general market) in researching and defining product priorities
*Define requirements for new/existing features and functionality, contributing to the overall vision and direction
*Provide guidance to the engineering and team, as well as functional and technical documentation to ensure the right product gets delivered with each release

Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Head of Product must have:

·Experience within Product management from any tech industry, such as; SaaS, B2B/2C, Martech, Fintech, HRtech, eCommerce, HR, CRM, Marketing, etc
·A strong strategic, commercial & technical mindset
·Strong communication skills – you are able translate requirements into clear user stories and communicate them articulately to engineering and design teams. You are also able to communicate product information to other departments
·Experience working closely with engineering teams, as well as the respect of customer and sales teams
