We are hiring a Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Management Lead for a well-backed and scaling Fintech business focused on taking the complexity out of everyday financial management.
This Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Management Lead role will require a seasoned Product professional who has led the evolution of digital product and will bring the learnings from having experienced both success and failure in their Product journey.
The role will report to the board and have responsibility for a small team and big product plans. Execution will be one critical key to success, and we’d like you to bring your expertise in testing, vigorous validation processes, customer understanding and how to measure and drive the right outcomes.
As Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Management Lead your focus will include:
*Work with the CPO and key senior stakeholders, contributing to and evangelising the product strategy right across the business
*Own a key Product stream, leading your squad, sprints, and productivity
*Build out product roadmaps based on you and your team’s identification of user needs and pain points
*Be responsible for aligning the roadmap with the company’s broader business objectives
*Take accountability for your product metrics and customer outcomes, track your product’s performance, iterate, and improve it
On joining the business within the role of Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Management Lead you will bring to the team:
*Proven experience across product management and ownership, with emphasis on the early stages of a Product’s life
*Experience of building product from concept through to MVP and market fit
*Accountability, excelling at delivering results and driven by continuous learning
*Strong communication with gravitas to instil confidence
