We’re hiring a number of Digital Product Managers to build the Product Vision for a next generation of innovative knowledge sharing tools and products for a scaling B2B Tech business. Recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in the world, you’ll be joining as the business takes a next leap forward…….. and the Product Management function will be instrumental in driving this growth.

As Product Manager you’ll own an innovation area within the Product and Technology offering and get to drive this forward with a significant level of autonomy. You’ll need to bring a hands-on Product Management experience, having developed user-centric product which solves complex problems. In exchange the role will enable you to build innovative product from ideation to solution design, development to launch.
You’ll be joining a Global business with a scaling Product & Tech team, presently c40 and looking to double in size over the course of the next year.

Your role of Product Manager will involve:
*Identification of user needs through the collection of internal and external feedback and market insights
*Prioritisation of user needs and sources of value within your innovation area
*Develop solution specifications which convert user needs into robust, implementable technology solutions
*Develop the Product Roadmap and work in partnership with your Engineering Squad to drive the development
*Lead testing and development to ensure product adoption and growth
*Define, measure and monitor KPI’s, ensuring plans are heading in the right direction

The role of Product Manager will require:
*Proven experience working as a Product Manager building complex product which provides a simplistic digital user experience
*A love for tackling complex problems in ambiguous environments
*Knowledge of Fintech Products or Data & Intelligence would be beneficial as we’re looking for one of the new Product Manager hires to work on innovation within one of these areas
*An ability to think both big picture and deep dive into the detail and uncover the source of a given problem
*Able to inspire, lead and support a cross-functional team to get things done.
