Direct Marketing Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager needed by leading Retail Financial Services organisation.
The Direct Marketing Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager will manage a team of 4 and be responsible for the design and execution of all above the line marketing campaigns including POS, in-branch, exhibitions, press & TV as well as specific below the line campaigns such as email, CRM and direct mail.
The Direct Marketing Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager will manage relationships with internal stakeholders across the Product, Sales, PR & eCommerce teams and be responsible for analysing the ROI of campaigns to measure their impact on sales.
The Direct Marketing Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager will ideally have a mix of B2B & B2C Marketing experience and some exposure to the Financial Services Sector.
The Direct Marketing Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager must have experience managing staff including hiring, performance appraisals, delegation, mentoring and team development. Communication and relationship building skills are key.
