CRM Manager / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Executive required for this International Travel Organisation to Support European CRM Market teams in all their CRM activities. Help devise and manage campaigns across all European markets. Assist with campaign set-up and strategy across all brands and markets. Explore new CRM initiatives and routes to market to increase lessons and customer relevancy. Be responsible for the CRM performance of all EU markets.
The CRM Manager / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Executive will help country CRM teams with the CRM tools and training and support CRM day-to-day operations for all the markets and brands within Europe. The successful canddiate will update and improve existing CRM reports and identify gaps in reporting. The CRM Manager / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Executive will share best practice whilst working with market CRM teams closely in order to optimize process. The CRM teams should act as a community, testing and proving concepts and ideas and rolling these out to all markets.
The CRM Manager / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Executive will preferably have experience using smartFOCUS – strong skills in smartANALYSER, smartCAMPAIGNER, smartREPORTER, good skill level in smartMARKETER eChannel. Other CRM systems such as Salesforce.com, Experian, also adequate. The successful candidate will have strong data management experience in segmentation and reporting, alongside very strong technical ability, analytical and excel skills. The candidate will also have excellent communication skills both written and spoken and a European foreign language would be desirable.
