Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing required for one of Europe's largest internet marketing companies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing to devise and execute the strategy to build the company's direct customer marketing channels and programmes to meet acquisition and retention goals.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing will be responsible for:
*Developing Pan European digital strategy
*Management of all areas of the digital space - website, social media, SEO, SEM, etc
*Identifying target channels, preparing budgets, briefing agencies where necessary
*Developing acquisition and retention strategy - mainly digital channels
*Manage the inclusion of marketing requirements into new company CRM system
*Run and track cross market programmes using CRM tool
*Devise social media strategy (working closely with Head of PR and Communications)
*Lead the management of the website strategy including management and promotion of editorial programmes linked to product, communication and business goals (working closely with website manager)
*Lead future website development scoping and execution
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing will have:
*Strong experience of digital and direct marketing at a senior level
*Some B2B experience
*A good understanding of digital media
*Ability to set up processes - be entrepreneurial
*Experience of using CRM systems
*Some experience in an international environment
*An understanding of a broad digital marketing mix - SEO, SEM, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email
