*Developing all CRM strategies, including planning marketing spend

The CRM Manager/ Customer Relations Marketing Manager/Loyalty Marketing Manager will be an energetic and experienced individual with strong CRM and email marketing experience, they will be pro- active and confident with great attention to detail. A background in publishing, travel, property or retail would be advantageous.
