Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisition Job

London, £28-32k plus bonus and benefits.
Working for a leading ecommerce retailer and household brand, the Digital Marketing Manager / Online Acquisition Marketing Manager / PPC Manager role involves both attracting new consumer customers and signposting existing customers to the sites. It's a broad role with scope to gain excellent experience across a number of areas, targeting millions of consumers.
The Digital Marketing Manager / Online Acquisition Marketing Manager / PPC Manager will:
Paid Search
-Managing all day to day Paid Search activity.
-Ensure that good Ad copy is used, creating new Ad copy to support the various offers, promotions and seasons. Measuring performance overseeing agency optimisation work.
-Ensure tracking (adids or Ignition One) is set up and tested prior to live dates
-Report and analyse performance of Paid Search campaigns and SEO performance.
-Set targets for CPA and ROI, agreeing these with commercial teams.
-Ensure PPC copy and terms reflects the commercial roadmap, seasons promotions etc
-Competitor analysis of PPC
-Relationship with Google PPC team, staying abreast of new developments.
-Exploring Yahoo and Bing etc
SEO
-SEO experience isn't critical but any experience will be an advantage.
Affiliates
-Manage relationship with Google
-Agree strategy for new affiliates
-Reviewing affiliates applicants
-Reporting on NC sales, RC sales and costs of acquisition, commissions etc on a weekly basis
Creative
-Where advertising requires creative content, supply a brief for the technical requirements of this content to the Creative team in good time so the development can be scheduled.
Facebook
-Ensure that any Facebook advertising is agreed with the Loyalty Director who is responsible for Social Media Strategy.
Testing new acquisition routes
-Investigate new and incoming enquiries. These might include, but are not limited to Google+, Bing, Yahoo, You tube, 3RD Party networks
-Reporting results and analysis
Candidates for the Digital Marketing Manager / Online Acquisition Marketing Manager / PPC Manager role must have:
-Strong digital marketing experience for a consumer brand or digital marketing agency.
-Strong experience of Paid Search / PPC Marketing
-Any experience of SEO and Affiliates is an advantage
-Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with other teams and as part of matrix project teams.
-Candidates may have worked in any consumer sector such as retail, fashion, electronics, clothing, retail finance, media, travel, entertainment, music, etc.
