Online Marketing Director / Head of Online Marketing needed by leading online retailer.
The Online Marketing Director / Head of Online Marketing will lead the UK team and be responsible for developing & executing a multi-channel customer growth, acquisition & retention strategy.
The Online Marketing Director / Head of Online Marketing will:
*Design & implement an international, multi-channel marketing strategy to achieve the company's growth goals
*Manage all aspects of marketing including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Paid Media, Affiliates, CRM and PR
*Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention
*Producing ROI forecasts to validate prospective campaigns & implement post-campaign analysis
*Drive key marketing relationships with channel & affiliate networks
The Online Marketing Director / Head of Online Marketing must have:
*Significant experience in digital marketing for an online brand, ideally with an international focus
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong analytic skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
*Good people management skills
Preference will be given to Online Marketing Director / Head of Online Marketing candidates with an MBA or strong academics.
