Digital Marketing Coordinator / Online Marketing Communications Manager / Digital Marketing Administrator required for global leader in the online entertainment industry.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator / Online Marketing Communications Manager / Digital Marketing Administrator will develop and execute a strategy to engage users and drive loyalty and retention on their online social platform service, going out across Europe.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator / Online Marketing Communications Manager / Digital Marketing Administrator will be responsible for:
*Building, engaging and retaining the online social community
*Running events, campaigns and initiatives targeting regular, casual and lapsed users
*Creating awareness of the events/campaigns via forums, their website, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.
*Coordinate across all community teams (arranged by locale) to deliver this program of events/campaigns
*Working with the language teams to delivery communications effectively and efficiently to different locales
*Working with various departments/teams to plan, write and deliver outbound communications
*Researching and developing new social channels for outreach of their messaging
*Weekly and monthly reports on community feedback, issues, new ideas, etc
*Reporting on user KPIs and using data to drive insight e.g. repeat visits, purchasing users, buzz on social media, etc.
*Working with the CRM team to deliver email campaigns
The Digital Marketing Coordinator / Online Marketing Communications Manager / Digital Marketing Administrator will have:
*Experience of online community management
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (you will be writing outbound communications as well as liaising with various stakeholders in the UK and internationally)
*Excellent project management and planning skills
*Good understanding and experience of social media channels
*Experience in dealing with other European territories (highly advantageous)
*Experience with avatars and online virtual worlds (highly advantageous)
*Game industry knowledge (desirable)
The Digital Marketing Coordinator / Online Marketing Communications Manager / Digital Marketing Administrator will be joining a global leader in the digital entertainment industry. This is an initial 12month contract that has the potential to be extended.
