Web Optimisation Manager Job
£50K - £55K Bonus and Benefits - City of London
The Web Conversion Manager/ Web Optimisation Manager/ UX Manager will work with the marketing teams across a number of separate and autonomous divisions, to design and implement digital solutions, and increase conversion rates of B2B and B2C traffic. This will be done via the implementation of MVT, A/B testing and other techniques.
The Web Conversion Manager/ Web Optimisation Manager/ UX Manager will:
Develop the optimisation road map for the business.
Build a strong UX strategy for the portfolio of companies to assist with the improvement of the consumer retention strategy.
Build outstanding customer centric solutions which aids in conversion and retention.
Work with creative designers, content writers and business analysts internally to transition from prototype to implementation.
Monitor all core campaigns and provide advice, insight and ideas across all divisions.
Conduct Multivariate and A/B usability tests
The Web Conversion Manager/ Web Optimisation Manager/ UX Manager must have:
Very good experience of Multivariate and A/B testing
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage third parties including agencies
Strong understanding of UX, Customer Journey and Customer conversion
Prior experience in a B2B and B2C environment.
Be a hands-on person who is delivery driven and goes the extra mile to get things done.
Be able to present at Board level to stakeholders, both internally to externally.
