Principal Product Manager c.€150K + Stock - Luxembourg Job
£80K - £120K Stock + Bens + Relocation - City of London
Principal Product Manager / Product Strategy Manager / Head of Product Portfolio needed by one of the World's most successful eCommerce Companies who, despite their market leading position, still have an annual growth in excess of 30%.
The Principal Product Manager / Product Strategy Manager / Head of Product Portfolio will be responsible for a game-changing portfolio of mobile device products and successfully launch them into the EU.
The Principal Product Manager / Product Strategy Manager / Head of Product Portfolio will:
"Lead demand generation initiatives and work with a cross-functional team of business, marketing, technology, design and operations managers
"Own demand generation analytics and reporting (including proposing & driving creation of appropriate metrics)
"Drive customer acquisition and retention projects
"Test and measure customer discovery and shopping behaviour
"Ensure the very best customer shopping experience
"Research and identify new merchandising & marketing opportunities
"Lead definition of customer service policies and write requirements documents for new customer service tools and operating procedures.
"Provide internal training documentation for customer service teams
"Analyse existing services for opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce costs
"Drive and communicate product enhancements & localisations both internally and externally
The Principal Product Manager / Product Strategy Manager / Head of Product Portfolio must have:
"Successfully launched a large scale, high profile B2C product, ideally multi-channel
"Proven analytical and quantitative skills (Strong Excel and Access, ideally SQL)
"Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
"Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing, design and merchandizing teams
"Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to gain consensus via influencing
"A good degree (or equivalent work experience)
"An in depth understanding of multichannel environments including eCommerce
"The proven ability to deliver & execute against plan
"Experience with digital or consumer electronic products and an MBA would be advantageous
