The eCommerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager/ Web Optimisation Manager role involves focusing on the development of the company's eCommerce Website across trading, optimisation and customer experience.
The eCommerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager/ Web Optimisation Manager will:
o Take full ownership over the Digital Marketing of the eCommerce website; Including SEO, Social Media and Digital Content
o Build a team that will grow the Online presence of the brand and its
o Analyse and report back on website analytics to optimise site visits, conversion and Online behaviour.
o Work closely with the Marketing team to understand key focuses for home pages and gateways.
o Manage the customer service team to develop processes in how to deal with Online enquiries and complaints to enhance the overall customer experience.
o Be responsible for direct channel forecasts including building the territorial sales plans and management of KPIs.
o Identify opportunities for sales growth by monitoring best sellers, category traffic, basket abandonment etc.
o Be involved in many other facets of eCommerce such as Online Merchandising, customer journey and cross/up selling.
The eCommerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager/ Web Optimisation Manager must:
o Have demonstrable hands-on experience in eCommerce, improving website traffic and natural search.
o Have a strong track record of delivering Online Digital eCommerce websites.
o Be well versed in SEO, Social Media and Digital Content.
o Be a hands-on person who is very delivery driven and goes the extra mile to get things done.
