Senior Customer Insight Manager / Data Insight Manager / Insight & Analytics Manager required for the Business Insight and Trading Team of a market leading Multichannel retail consultancy.
The Senior Customer Insight Manager / Data Insight Manager / Insight & Analytics Manager role involves focusing on developing and enhancing the decision making and customer loyalty propositions of a major retail partner based on information extracted from the customer database.
The Senior Customer Insight Manager / Data Insight Manager / Insight & Analytics Manager will:
*Work closely with a variety of stakeholders (Buying, Trading, Merchandising, Marketing, Category Managers) to deliver insight relating to effective product placement and targeted offers.
*Analyse sales performance and trading metrics, creating regular reports to help drive sales and customer loyalty.
*Identify customer trends that will help shape the trading strategy of retail partners using a bespoke CRM software tool.
*Improve the In-Store Merchandising experience by making sure cross sell / up sell and behavioural targeting best practice is maintained in line with seasonal and special promotional offers.
*Turn large sets of quantitative data into pragmatic commercial solutions.
The Senior Customer Insight Manager / Data Insight Manager / Insight & Analytics Manager must have:
*Demonstrable experience working with large amounts of customer data in a retail environment.
*Be comfortable engaging and managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders in addition to training people in customer insight best practice.
*A genuine passion for product and a desire to deliver an offer well matched to the target market.
*An understanding of how Trading Insight fits in with the wider business strategy.
*Be a hands-on person who is very delivery driven and above all is commercially savvy.
