CRM Manager / Email Manager / Customer Retention Manager – £45k – London

 

CRM Manager / Email Manager / Customer Retention Manager required to join one of the most well known and successful online retailers in the UK. With international scope and working in one of the most forward thinking and revolutionary online teams in the industry you will be responsible for managing the relationship with existing customers through email, SMS and social media.

 

The CRM Manager / Email Manager / Customer Retention Manager will support the brand with the development and management of CRM team members; ensuring all customer touch points are aligned you will work with internal business units to gather information and create customer level information to use in preparing an in depth customer segmentation programme. The CRM Manager / Email Manager / Customer Retention Manager will also work with the insight team to gain a thorough understanding of the customer behaviour.

 

The CRM Manager / Email Manager / Customer Retention Manager will have an understanding of the following;

 

  • CRM Insight
  • Developing and interpreting research programmes
  • Customer segmentation
  • CRM Tools

 

The CRM Manager / Email Manager / Customer Retention Manager will ideally have worked in a large scale eCommerce organisation, preferably working with large customer databases and managing the full retention programme. A degree in a numeric or marketing area would be advantageous but not a prerequisite, similar experience will also be considered.
